We are still in India but rapidly running out of time on Sam’s visa… we haven’t had the chance to write much as we have been very busy but will hopefully be able to catch up soon. These were taken during our cycle through the Hampi area, fascinating for both its past history and its geology. There are many ruins from the Vijayanagara Empire (1350-1565) surrounded by unique rock formations that are mesmerising to cycle through.
We have had to catch a train for a section of our journey to make up time, overstaying our visa even by a day would cause us big problems… More to follow soon!
If you click on a photo you can cycle through as a slideshow….
This couple had driven from Germany… it was an amazing van!
